U23 Defeats Guatemala in first Leg of Qualifer

Luton Shelton scored 2 goals to become the hero for Jamaica's U
23 in their 2-0 win over Guatemala in the CONCACAF Olympic qualifier
at the National Stadium yesterday. Shelton scored a goal in each
half, in the 29th and 70th minutes, giving Jamaica the lead going
into the return leg set for Guatemala City on Wednesday. The team
departs today.
Jamaica -- Allien Whittaker, Shavar Thomas, Bradley
Thomas, Christopher Harvey, Desmond Breakenridge, Tyrone Sawyers,
Garfield Reid, Damion Williams, Omar Daley (Jamal Campbell-Ryce
