Jamaica U20 in Dusseldorf/Germany
The new Jamaican U20 team will flight to London via Dusseldorf,
were they will compete in the 12-team NOKIA-debitel
2004 tournament scheduled for April 8-13.
The Jamaicans are schedule to arrive in Germany tomorrow evening,
a day ahead of their first game against German side, Fortuna Dusseldorf.
Borussia Dortmund will be the other team competiding with the young
Reggae Boyz for top honours in the Linder Hotels group.
The players selected for the trip are:
Goalkeeper: Ryan Thompson, Ralston Robinson.
Defence: Kieron Bernard (Captain), Jermaine Taylor,
Nicholi Findlayson, Keneil Moodie, Ricardo Taylor.
Midfield: Merrick Howard, Wade Spence, Rafe Wolfe,
Akeem Priestley, Duran Myton, Howard Wong, Rudolph Austin.
Forward: Luton Shelton, Richard West, Dean Thompson,
Andre Reid.
The others are: Crenston Boxhill (President JFF),
George Evans (Vice-President JFF), Carl Brown (technical director),
Wendell Downswell (coach), Pablo Camargo (masseur), Howard Bell
(team manager JFF).
